Normally for me I try to talk about to someone or scroll through Pinterest. As a teenager I would either listen to music, watch YouTube, or play either an online game or play videogames. If stressed and upset I will unfortunately stress eat which isn't ideal
Most of the time, I listen to music, read, bake or go for a walk.
A couple of years ago, I used to write when I felt upset. It really helped.
