What helps me is to socialize with people I like to socialize with, watch anything comedy, ofc making sure my body is fully clean because I always feel better when it is, making sure I eat healthy food & drink enough water.

I spend time around people who distract me from my sadness. Or I spend most of my time watching a movie, or going for a walk, exercising, eating something really healthy, doing something with crafting. Most of the things I do is to distract myself.
Go find someone else in a lousy mood and do something nice for them. It doesn't have to be something big, but just getting the reminder that you're a good person can do a LOT to help you feel better.

Anything that helps me get distracted and not think too much about it. I like to get out and meet people it kind of forces me to do something else. If I'm sitting at home I'll think way too much about whatever bothers me
Sleeping has always worked for me. It is an ideal solution to put my brain to sleep until my mind controls my emotions.
In good weather, go out for a walk, or bike or work in the garden.. Get the blood flowing. Exercise always makes me feel better.
No need to do that myself.
