I love Marvel and comics. Grew up watching many animations. More recently enjoyed My Hero Academy. My friends with benefits guy and I watch Family Guy a lot. He also likes Rick & Morty. And who doesn't like Simpsons?

It's just a style of media. The jokes, comedy, wit is the same whether it was acted out or in a novel.
