Does it mean they are in love or it is just a PR compromise to be seen like a couple who love each other?

There is this known actor in Hollywood, famous for some hit movies in the past (he ain't clooney, di caprio, Pitt or Cruise) but he is known in the actors guild. He had had several girlfriend in his past (B actresses, models, reality stars) but never married or kids with them. His latest girlfriend is a simple woman, not related to entertainment at all, she used to be a restaurant hostess, does not know how to dress well in comparison with her boyfriend the actor since he is a public figure he has to take care his appearance, but his girlfriend does not, she always dress casual or lame for everything, she does not groom evenin the simple way, comparing to her boyfriend since he is famous and need to keep some image.

Anyway this actor and her when they were spotted together by the paparazzis, they dont like of course and even if you see them holding hands, the actor never is seen so amused being with his lady, never had love signs toward her, they hold hands out seem out just compromise with his public image, he never hugs her on public events, or even had given her a kiss on the cheek, the only thing you see from there is holding hands. Also they had been together for 2 years and never had walked a red carpet together as a official couple (even if they are a couple), even if they do go together to the event. But things change when the actor is seen by himself with his friends or other people, like fans, his face is happy, relaxed and enjoying the moment, with his girlfriend in public, he is not like that, he is different.

First off, you're judging this woman by how she dresses or carries herself, and whether it's nice or attractive or not, it's not your business or ours. Neither is whatever relationship he has with her. We don't know what they do in private, or why he doesn't touch or hug her publicly. Maybe he's like that because he thinks it'll be less suspecting of him dating her to the Hollywood eye. He's a star and probably chose her because she isn't one. He probably wanted a real, every day woman after dating all the fakes.

Are you a jealous ex? Or a jealous somebody in his orbit? If so, let it go.
