Who do you think was the main lead of Game of Thrones?

If I had to name just one main character, I’d say Daenerys. After all, the show basically started with her rise and ended with her death. But I think each season had its own main lead. In Season 1 it was Eddard Stark; in Seasons 2 and 4 it was Tyrion Lannister; in Season 3 Robb Stark; in Season 5 Jon Snow; in Season 6 Daenerys; and in Seasons 7 and 8 Jon Snow and Daenerys together

Like any big-casted multifaceted tale, the focus moved around. For awhile it was one story, then it was interwoven with another's. I'm guessing for most folks they preferred one story and person over another. So, it's subjective.

I liked Lannister and Snow, but also the little girl and the incestuous brother sister and the guy who was always diddling around among the whores. Can't recall all the names, but the variety gave satisfaction to just about everybody.

It was innovative as a story and well written and acted.
