The best art comes from personal experiences. If you feel like everything you're working on has gotten stale, you should take a step back from the work and have some new/different life experiences.

Remember, Tolkien wrote Lord of the Rings based on experiences he had when he fought in the trenches during World War One. Sometimes you need to fight World War One before you can write Lord of the Rings.

Maybe work with AI? I don't mean that like have it do stuff for u but sometimes when I feel creatively stuck I will make an AI bot and toss around ideas with it. It can often inspire me in a direction I might not have otherwise.

Just take some time and decompress. Do things that you don't normally do and just don't think about the ideas you aren't getting. You could also use someone as a sounding board. As an introvert, I often carry on conversations with myself.
