Yeah. A bizarre place. All the noise and lights are deafening and the offers of liquor are made so you'll waste money.

You have to wear ear plugs and have a budget in mind so you don't waste money. I suppose it's like going on a shopping spree. You only spend so much and hope you get some good deals. With the Casino, you hope you win enough to offset your losses.

If you don't, it's pointless to go. I hate losing money. But people spend $20-$50 doing other useless entertainment. It's all according to what gives you a kick. I think going to a concert or getting a few good outfits is a better use of extra cash.

It's kind of a creepy place too. Weird.

Yep, several times over several locations as well. I've been to Vegas a few times where I gambled on slots and played in a poker tournament. I have also gone to a casino in New Orleans. We also have a local casino I've been to several times and will gamble there as well.

About 7 years ago, I got a huge jug of change that my brother left behind and I thought I could go to the casino and use it to win big. I broke even, at first, maybe got $20 ahead, and then lost the rest.
My cousin is in charge of the blackjack tables so, other than to stop over and say hello to her, I never bothered with any of that.

I've been to a casino a few times. I play card games, most often blackjack, never the slots. Whenever I go I set a limit for myself, say $100, and when I lose that, I'm done... and leave. Call it my entertainment expense.
