On average, how often do you dance (if at all)?

Question

I love dancing - at dance events, clubs, or even just at home. I do it every day. I’m probably not good at it, but it brings me a lot of pleasure regardless.

I used to dance a lot when I was a kid. My aunt and her best friend from next door used to teach me all the latest dances back in the `60's and I was a VERY good dancer!!
One afternoon, when I was 12 or 13, I had my record player on the front porch and I was playing "I'll Be Back Upon My Feet" by the Monkees and worked out a pretty cool dance routine for it and did it several times on the top step of the front porch, like I was on stage performing for the world. A cute red-headed girl was walking by across the street. I never knew her name, as far as I know and I'd only ever seen her in school 2 or 3 times and she saw me dancing on the porch, stood there across the street and watched me until I noticed she was watching me. Up to that point, I didn't care who saw me but, when she watched me, I got VERY self-conscious and stopped dancing right then and there and never danced again until 1 night about 25 years later at one of my band's gigs, some girls made me get up and dance with them. I had no idea what I was doing but it was a very bad rendition of the Batusi (from, "Batman") because, other than the twist or peppermint twist, it was the only dance I had SOME idea of how to do.
I only ever saw that girl once more a few blocks away a couple weeks later unless I saw her again in the `00's when one of the local churches caught fire. A woman that looked a lot like her came over to see what was going on and she kept smiling at me like when she saw me dancing about 40 years before. Again, we never spoke and, again, I've never seen her since.

I dance every time I have my music app on my TV, from one roon to another while I'm doing my jobs around my home 😄

When I was younger I was a hopeless dancer at night clubs etc., because I was interested in other things, and I was never encouraged to dance.

Anyway I took ballroom classes and jive lessons, so I'm still a hopeless dancer 😄, but I I think I've now got a little bit of rhythm, and playing the guitar might help too.

So my dancing is a mixture of all the dances in all my classes, and also what I've ever seen on TV etc, 😄 but I have fun and amuse myself.

I dance almost all the time.

I do it so often that it drives some people crazy.

My parents and brothers accuse me of not taking things seriously because my dancing makes me looks silly and makes me look like I'm not paying attention.

However, my husband says it's adorable.

Additionally, I have a beautiful dance studio in our house where I practice my moves and teach & train (free of charge) friends & family who aspire to win dance competitions.

Everyday. I'll dance in the bathroom at work to cheer myself up if I'm having a terrible work day.

Dancing at clubs used to be so fun. It has changed. Last time I went , people were just standing around on their phones.

I have no problem dancing alone

when i'm alone? pretty much always especially if i sing or have music playing. with other people around, seldom at occasions. not a good dancer, my feets are too planted to the ground.

Rarely. My wife says I can't dance, and she's a good dancer. She does dance with me at weddings, though attending weddings is rare, most of our friends, relatives and neighbors are already married.
