The first movie that came to mind was Son of Frankenstein with Basil Rathbone as the doctor, Boris Karloff as the monster and Bela Lugosi as Igor because I love that movie.

I always associate Universal pictures with horror and monster movies like Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde, The Hunchback of Notre Dame, Phantom of the Opera, Dracula, Frankenstein, The Werewolf, The Mummy, Creature from the Black Lagoon, The Invisible Man, and a LOT more.

Universal's production logo evolved over the years.

For me it instantly screams “La La Land” 🎬✨

The colors, the dreamy vibe, that mix of romance and melancholy I always associate with Mia and Sebastian under the streetlights. It has that modern musical–but–timeless feeling, like a cinematic painting. I can almost hear “City of Stars” in the background just looking at it 💜🌃
