I am going to go with "Avatar" by Dead Can Dance, the 8th song from their second album, "Spleen and Ideal", released in 1985. It is sung in glossolalia. That said, I often prefer to listen to other things.

The song is about 4m 30s long but can be broken up into 3 almost equal length pieces of 1m 30s each. It's the final third that begins right around the 3:00 mark which is amazing and really highlights Lisa Gerrards abilities. No wonder she was selected to sing on Hans Zimmer's soundtrack to 2000 Best Picture Winner "Gladiator".

  @PolarPoint Even though it is an older song, I still hear it played in background in some movies. She, Marie Fredriksson, the singer died of a brain tumor, after a long struggle with it. She had several surgeries and lost her hearing, or most of it after on surgical attempt to save her life. I am surprised that she lived to age 61. She was a real fighter and had a beautiful voice. I listen to the song many times over and over
