Why do you base your opinion of something on the fanbase? Including the fanbase when Deciding whether you like it or not. Like that’s ridiculous, i don’t do that! Because whats the point?

For example K-Pop, People hate it just because of its fanbase! Like I don't know about you, but i like them cuz of the idols and music.. and nothing especially not the fandom is gonna make me hate them! like a normal person…

People mix art with context. A toxic, loud, or cringey fandom becomes part of the “experience” of that art, so some start associating the thing itself with the worst fans 😅

Its not that complicated! I asked why do people make the fanbase a reason not to like something.

Like for example, when liking an artist, they make the artist’s fanbase a reason to continue or stop liking/listening to them

Well, different people have different tastes in art... some people like certain artist, and others don't like that same artist. So - they just want to state their opinion.
