Why are fangirls so crazy while fan boys aren't?

Whenever there's a Justin bieber concert or so on the walls end up covered in blood and many girl go to jail and the hospital because they decided to pick fights with other girls claiming to own the guy. Fanboys on the other hand retain their sanity. Why are fangirls slaves to their own lust while fanboys keep it straight?

Itz called " erotomania" and is a disorder commonly found in girls (doesn't necessarily have to b a fangirl but generally fangirls)... I am really lazy and don't want to waste all my time on this... So U can google it up and do all the research u need to about it and mayb even write a thesis and do ur PhD

Ya most probably... Usually common among teens and young adults but i have to idea why... But most of them grow out of it as they grow older.. But if it still persists then counselling would b necessary

I'm guessing you have never met PS4 fanboys and Xbox fanboys. I think there's probably just a lot more fangirls than fanboys and they compete amongst each other to see who's the biggest fan, so things get out of hand quickly.
