Will people side with someone wrong if they sense jealousy in the other person?

Like I was watching a dance show and one of the dancers was 100% right.

The other dancer was a terrible dancer and only got by on looks (very tall and lithe) blond etc.

But they got popularity on a dance show because if it.

But the first dancer was less popular etc. and jealous of the fact that the other dancer was using looks instead of dance to survive

I notice this in a lot of dance shows

I know it’s not right, but you have a bunch of women that have a crush on that guy so they’re gonna vote for the Looks the fans at home. The same thing with the guy as they vote for the attractive girl, but it’s all about the competition of dancing not the looks

Just like hide it. It’s easy. Don't let your jealousy show. I assume if they were on a dance show they’re an actor. Actors are trained to hide their emotions.
