What did you do during the COVID lockdown?

I was playing video games most of the lockdown so what did y'all do if you didn't play video games lol?

I just worked. I didn't get sick. And I didn't get jabbed.

While the country went mad.

People in my office 'isolated' and then became pregnant with 'new' boyfriends.

Gyms were shut but McDonalds was an essential service.

People became more ill with the jabs than the virus itself.

People sat on their fat arses and were getting ill all the time. It does so happen that sitting on your fat arse eating crisps (chips) all day isn't good for your immune system.

People in my office were in perpetuity getting ill will so called covid, while being quattuordecuple-jabbed.

500 billion was pissed away and houses became stupidly expensive henceforth because they inflated the currency to a stupid degree to try and wipe away some debt value.

Old people died of loneliness, Midazolam and the jabs. And government policy of course (releasing care home residents from hospitals back into their homes).

I knew humans were stupid, but I didn't think they were this stupid.

I was retired, so covid didn't effect my job.

My rock band broke up, so I wasn't going to weekly rehearsals anymore.

The liberal Unitarian Universalist church I attended went full paranoid and quite having live meetings. That's when I officially resigned my membership because I no longer liked the place anyway.

People who had been best friends for over 15 years abandoned my wife and me because we didn't believe the covid psy-op or comply with the mandates and we didn't get the jabs. They thought we were grandma killers and called us "antivaxers", which is like calling someone who doesn't want to eat GMOs or agricultural chemicals "anti-food".

But we had friends who were aware of the hoax and who were unmasked, unvaxed and unafraid. My wife and I went to dinner parties, get togethers and holiday celebrations where we shook hands, hugged, sat together, chatted, and wore no masks.

I continually educated myself about the psy-op and learned more and more about the eugenics jabs.

I went to a few large anti-mandate rallys and indoor events with famous guest speakers with hundreds of other unmasked people.

Aside from that, I went about my life, didn't mask or social distance, and didn't comply with silly rules like one-way grocery aisles or standing on footprints that were stuck 6" apart on floors.
When businesses refused entry without masks, I either wore a bank robber bandana or a fencing mask as a big fuck you.

My wife nor I nor any of our friends caught covid. But some of the people who got jabbed got covid or developed serious illnesses like Bell's palsy, cancer, strokes or heart problems. I guess that's just a coincidence, though.

@Lliam. I developed an anterior block in my heart and my wife has all these weird auto immune issues since we got the shot. I teach at a college and my wife works in Healthcare so we were forced to take it.

@Lliam I had a hip replacement last January so I could not clear my own driveway. I was able to find a kid to plow my driveway. He told me that he was going to college and refused to get the shot so he got kicked out. He finally got himself re instated and was going back to school in the fall.

Even when people were coerced into taking it, insurance companies were denying treatment for side effects because they said you took the jab voluntarily.

It was either gat the shot or lose my job and Biden fixed it so people that were fired for refusing to take the shot could not collect unemploynment.

I baked a lot. I'm not even a baker, but I did. This was after I moved, so at the start of Covid I was fixing my home to sell. After moving, I got hooked on a show on Netflix that was in Japanese, and I wanted to learn it, so I did. I'm still learning.

I'm very surprised that there are still people on here who believe that the virus was a hoax and not real, didn't get vaccinated, and didn't watch out. My brother personally knew 5 people at his art class, who all died from the virus. My entire family got sick from it, including one of my daughters. I did not get sick. The entire world was affected--and yet these people claim that it was really not anything to be concerned about. What morons.

Since I did get the vaccinations, and I did become very sick from them, I was sick in bed and just watched TV.

I went full artsy mode during lockdown 🎨
I binged a ridiculous number of movies and series, from old European art films to random K‑dramas, and filled sketchbooks with anime-style drawings of my favorite characters. I also got obsessed with virtual museum tours and online film festivals, listened to audiobooks while painting, and had weekly movie nights on Zoom with friends 🍿✨

I was fined by police officers who weren't even wearing masks themselves because I wasn't wearing one. On a ferry, I got into an argument with a crew member because I pulled my mask down. Ironically, you were allowed to take your mask off to eat chips or drink soda, but not simply to breathe.

On top of that, to board the ferry you had to show proof of a negative COVID test taken within the previous two days. Since the virus's incubation period is at least three days, it turned out that all the fuss about masks was pointless after all.

Well my wife a nurse left me for a doctor she worked with leaving me her daughter from another marraige with me.

Covid slowed the divorce down and I had lost my job. I agreed to buy out her half the house I bought and we got that in writing legally binding but because im unemployed and she makes more than me she has to pay me alimony and because her daughter lived with me I didn't have to pay any child support, in fact she had to pay me.

During covid I also started a relationship with her daughter. Just sort of happened and now I have the kids and wife my ex refused to give me and to be. So silver lining.

Not really. Construction has always been a a leading economic indicator. When construction wanes, the economy wanes. When construction waxes, the economy waxes. “Essential” industries were determined by the potential long term damage to the overall economy for suppressing them after industries critical to controlling the spread of the virus were indicated.

Honestly, that entire year was completely normal for me. Not one single thing changed from my normal routine. Go to work, go home, avoid people. I do that, anyway.
