I watched it as a teen with my parents during one of our movie nights, and that “I see dead people” payoff, then realizing Bruce Willis was dead the whole time, completely rewired my brain 🤯

It wasn’t just shocking, it recontextualized every scene before it. I rewatched it immediately just to feel that eerie, tragic beauty again.

For a twist it was clearly The Usual Suspects. I have never been so surprised by a movie, and it's the only movie I know of you can only watch one time because it's forever ruined after that.
