So I'm getting odd signals from my older sister and it's really beginning to worry me. Call me crazy, but I think she has developed a crush on me, and it's really weirding me out. I'm 14 (boy) she's 15.
Here are some things that have happened within the last month that make me think this:
-Just, in general, she's been physically closer to me. When we're watching a movie or playing video games she's always right next to me with her hand around me or something.
-She seems to be giving an overabundance of compliments "you're so smart,", etc.
-I have seen her just staring at me twice. Both times I was shirtless.
-She is usually up before me, but only recently has she taken it upon herself to shake me awake. Bear in mind I usually sleep naked - so yeah.
-In general, she just seems to be spending a lot more of her time with me. For example, I usually go for a run every day after school, and she has been joining me on that.
-She's never had a boyfriend or anything (I haven't had a girlfriend either)
-this last weekend we've been on vacation and me and her are sharing a bed. In the past, this has meant a line down the bed with pillows and we've kept to our sides of the bed. This morning, however, I woke up and she had her arms around me!
The weirdest thing about this all is that it seems like it is happening all the sudden. Based on what I've described, does it sound like she has a crush on me?
If she does, it's going to be a real problem. How can I get this to go away without hurting her feelings? Before this we were close IN A SIBLING way, and I want to go back to that. Thanks for your advice!
