Is it normal to have smaller breast than my younger sister?

My sister is only 16 and wears a D cup, I'm 18 and only wear a B. She hasn't said anything but she has this smirk on her face. I feel kinda cheated, is this normal?

I wouldn't say it's "normal" but it's not "abnormal" either. Everyone is different. People's bodies are built differently, even siblings. So, just because you're older doesn't mean your chest will be bigger. Even women within the same family may grow and develop at different rates and have different body types.

My little sister's chest is larger than mine. I don't really care, and I certainly don't feel cheated... we're all different, that's just how it is. I think your time would be much better spent loving and accepting yourself, than wallowing in jealousy over something out of your control.

everyone is different, even though your sisters you have slightly different genes. im naturally a dirty blond and my older sister has basically bleach blonde hair naturally, and younger had brown hair.

Everyone has different genes that make up how they develop.
You will most likely have B cups (in my opinion so much sexier) for the rest of you life. Unless you get a boob job. I do not recommend it.

It can happen. It could also be that she's done growing and you aren't yet. Happens up until the age of 23 ish for some girls.
