No, never. Your sister must be special because I surpassed even my older sister in strength at quite a young age. I know it might be a little late given your age, but make sure you encourage your sister to play sports!

Yes she does all the time she is stronger than me she is 11 and I am 14 she weighs 85 pounds and I weigh 80 pounds. I can't pick her up but she can pick me up over her shoulders.

I don't have a younger sister but I have 2 girl cousins (9 and 10 at the time, I was 13 at the time now 14) and the older 1 (was a bit shorter than me but wider and had huge arms bigger than mine and quite muscular and could do gymnastics) said I looked really skinny let me try lift u up, she did it with ease and then managed to piggyback me, she did it for a good minute and she was full on sprinting around the house shouting your so light. Then my younger cousin had a turn I didn't expect her to do it as she was a lot shorter than me and quite skinny however she was able to carry me very easily and run with me on her back. They were both able to carry me on their shoulders, my older 1 could do it easily and my younger cousin struggled but still did it. I was able to do the same with both of them however my older cousin was heavy and a bit of a struggle and probably heavier than me, she also has an older sister at uni (19 now) and she was able to carry her with ease.
