Should I name my daughter Isabella or Isabela?

I really like these names as they sound sofisticated and timeless for me. It's a strong name with roots in royalty. Both names are latinate forms of Elizabeth, the only difference being Isabella (double L) is Italian and Isabela is Portuguese/Romanian.

They sound the same, but Isabella is way more common. I think I prefer Isabela because it has fewer letters so it looks cleaner. At the same time I feel like my kid is gonna have to correct people on her name's writing forever. Thoughts?

Do the double L and save your kid the struggle of correcting people. The single L may have fewer letters but it looks hella weird lol
