I accidentally unfollowed someone on Instagram. Would it be too embarrassing to refollow them?

Instagram used to ask whether you really wanted to follow them but now it does not. Anything happens on internet right? Can I just refollow them since they have a public account.

Well if you had to trade places with me, the answer is yes! That would be embarrassing... People clock and dot down every little thing I do and say. Then they underline all of my mistakes... I never get a break!!! They're always putting me on blast and focusing too hard on my life
