im not sure what the thing is in your throat but i woudl guess. maybe 1/2 people have it and 1/2 dont.. like some people if ithey put a finger in their mouth its supposed to make them throw up. i guess like origianlly if early people ate somethign and were eating toofast and it got stuck you woudl automatically throw up.

the other 1/2 the people if u put a finger or something else far down their mouth/throat it dont bother them at al or its just a tiny bit and u can ignore it.

thats why some people can be like the sword swallowers on AGT or the circus etc. or put other objects down their throat lol
