I currently don't, but I did have at different times of my life. They're not my friends anymore, by my choice. When I was young I thought things were different, and being a smart ass was so funny, so I kept friends like that. As I got older, it was just stupid, and stressful having to excuse their behaviour. So if it happened once or twice, that was it, friendship over. Friends are supposed to be friends, not people who make your life difficult. I'm not saying never to speak with them again, but I mean keeping them at arm's length and let them be someone else's full time problem.

These days if I spot off-putting personalities I don't even bother getting close enough to be friends with them. No phone number exchanges, no social media friend-accepting. Just no.
