Should I start posting my piano playing on instagram?

My parents pressured me to learn classical piano since I was a toddler (I am now 17) but not many people have heard me play as it is a talent I was unfortunately embarrassed about showing (fear of being labeled as a nerd in lower high school, etc). However, lately I have been enjoying performing and wanted to post some IGTV videos of me playing on my personal account. If someone you knew posted videos of themselves playing classical music would you be engaged, or bored? Seems like a weird question but I feel like it’s a risky move for me. Truth is, it’s just something I enjoy doing and I want to share my talent with my followers.

I’ve posted my music online since the early 2000s and it’s been rewarding to get feedback on it. I have a lot of musician friends who do as well. You can’t expect everyone to engage, but the people who do are sincere. Anyone who’s not interested can just keep scrolling. I say go for it!
