I am not black but I have and have had numerous black friends. I will say this based on my broad yet thorough observations. Uneducated black parents are the worst parents.

Asian because their extremely strict and have high expectations and can be controlling. Caucasion, i would say 50/50, they are entitled and don’t teach their kids shit. Blacks and latinos may be somewhat strict but they put their child into their place and teach them right from wrong. But again it depends on the individuals itself
