Should I invest in a girl I know?

So this girl I know we have been friends so some time. She had a truck run over her pelvis and well yeah it broke and she's in rough shape. She's healing but at the same time there will be some physical limitations and I can offer her a better world and train her but I don't know should I? Would you invest in a friends future and show them to a better life? I mean she has done very little with her life because she is alone. I already own a house and a truck and have done pretty well for my self and she's still renting a house with 3 other people.

Be careful taking on a special need case. It is kind of you to care, however, you will not likely be able to make her life better unless she wants too. Do not expect her to be any more than she is now... the girl drifting and living with three roommates. Sympathy for others is admirable but it is still Business. One can be sympathetic without including another in their Business. Good luck with it all !!

What exactly do you mean "invest"?

You should ALWAYS invest in your FRIENDS. That's what being a friend IS.

But I'm not sure that's what you're asking. You should never give more than someone would be WILLING to give. That's not a healthy friendship. Also you say you've been friends for a while. So you've already invested in her. You should know by now what kind of a person she is, how much fight she has in her etc.
