How many real friends do you have?

Real friends I have only few from both genders... what about you?

I am extremely fortunate. EXTREMELY.

I have 4 that I can say "I need the keys to your car, your ATM card and your PIN, no questions asked, and i'm sorry" who would go along.

I have 4 more that would, or have, stacked on a corner with me. Used to be 6 there. RIP.

I have 5 more who were willing to put a bullet in me to keep others from taking me places I didn't want to go. I appreciate that greatly.

I have 6 more who went through assassination attempts with me who will always have a place at my table and a bed by the fire in my house.

I also have two rescue kittens who sincerely desire to spend every moment with me.

Honestly I don’t know anymore. Maybe 1 or 2. It’s always hard to tell who’s a real friend and who’s not, some people are excellent at hiding their intentions.
