Good friends? Probably not in the sense like good friends you have in real life. I've made some friends that I talk to here pretty regularly but they are no substitute for my real friends. It is nice to see them and chat occasionally but that is as far as it goes. The thing on this app is people come and go quite often. Some people vanish without warning and never let you know. That's because at the end of the day these are virtual friends and each person's real life is way more important than being on here. I would approach this app more as a good place to burn some free time helping others. For that it is great and yeah you prob will meet some people you can casually chat with here and there.
