  I will my friend I just would like know what kind of exercises can I do, can I climb my ladder and about the blood thinners what’s the next step because I only got a 30 day supply and it cost $920 it says on my paperwork I’m taking Eliquis now blood thinners. The swelling is a lot still. The blood clot went from my groin to my knee it happened on the inner part of my thigh. I was dehydrated, throwing up before the happened. The good thing is on my report it said acute not chronic. The doctor said I could walk but I don’t wanna overdo it, so I’m kind of walking around slowly from the kitchen to the living room to the mailbox outside. And of course it swells up. I’m alone here at the house. I don’t have any help or not too much advice.
