Are clear phone cases good?

I thought I purpose of a phone case was style and protection. Those thin, plastic ones aren't very protective and stylistically they add close to nothing

Yes, and thin cases in general. I have a very strong phone case, it's specifically designed so the screen won't get damaged even if it falls on its face. It's the phone case of a man who works a 9 to 5 lol, not very pretty, but functional

I see does it matter if i use older cases on my phone?

If it's still strong. I mean, if you grab a Nokia built in the 80s, you can chuck it at a wall and it'll stay together. Some products are reallyyyy tough.

My phone case is 3 years old now and started falling apart though, so it should be fine if it's still together

Yeah but i used it a bit and it doesn't feel as strong or thick as my blue thick case i installed back on and its my original blue old case too from the same case types i have as red and black
