it's a choice
if you don't want to go through pregnancy and child birth, adoption is a great choice. Some people decide to adopt because they want to help existing children and not creating new...
I don't think you can say it's better or worse... it's a choice we have
What would you rather do?
I did both :D
Really, omg that is so cool! How was the adoption process for you?
not planned... I think I did the same as this nurse... it was an impulse... I saw her, and I just knew she was mine.
The difference was I lost my newborn daughter to too late recognized bacterial infection... so some could say I found a new one. But for me, it was simple... we were grieving, and this little one was asking for family. We had everything ready at home... it would be a waste... why not use it for this little one?
Omg I'm so sorry to hear that. That must hurt. My mom lost triplets at 45 years old. Not due to her age, it was due to her having fibroids. She was told to remove them if she thought she'd have kids again because it would take up the babies blood supply. My mom didn't think she'd get pregnant again. My step dad was 56, and she was 45, but she got pregnant, lol. Wish she had done the same as you and adopted. Would've loved more siblings. Yeah , I believe I want to adopt. I work with so many sick kids in struggling homes
women are sick
period
adoptions , abortions, parental isolation of fathers etc etc
i dont know where my kids are to this day bcoz sum 3 women each decided to not including me when the pregnancy was due , i tried all that now im sick in my 40s childless and hate kids coz i dont have them 🤷♂️
Damn that sucks not ALL women are like that because I'd honestly adopt and foster a child but I do think it's pretty sick to abort abort and give a sick child up especially when they have a quality of life like the baby pictured. So what happened? How old is ur kid now?

I hope she's chasing the biological parents for child maintenance.
Good for her. I always wanted bio kids. Am not against the idea of adoption, though maybe too old now and complicated as haven't got a room for them
Why would she chase the biological parents when I just put in the summary that the real mom did not want the baby because she's sick. Did you read?
Just because a parent doesn't want to care for their child, it doesn't relieve them of their obligation to provide for the child. Do you understand how child maintenance works?
And where's the father?
Are you stupid? The child belongs to the lady pictured. She adopted her. Please read what adoption is before commenting
Both are good. It depends on the wants and abilities of the person thinking about having/adopting a child

Either is fine. So many couples have fertility issues these days I think adoption is great. That's what my parents did with their first child.
She's beautiful on the inside and outside and it doesn't matter if you have love to give then give it
Nothing is better than the other in my opinion.
What would you rather do?
I want a child of my own. From him. That doesn't make it 'better' than adoption.
If I was infertile I we would adopt, not foster.
Have your own, if you can. Adopt if you can’t.
Love is love, no matter where it comes from
both
