i was the kid in this situation and nothing really could be done until there was REALLY solid evidence. ik it's hard to get and usually means someone has to suffer to get it, but stay strong. lawyers are expensive but i'd contact one. the internet sucks altho you could ask on reddit bc there's more people there

I have a lawyer but as you said because of laws I have to share my baby. I’m just so scared, she’s a toddler and my ex is crazy and abusive. He literally bit pieces of me to the point of I have scars in a fit of rage while high. His criminal case was dismissed, I’ve reported and done everything possible to leave safely with her. I don't know what to do.
