How old is to old to still be in diapers?

Would you judge another parent for having an older kid still in diapers?

People judge people all the time, regardless of what's the norm or what isn't.
I'd say 2 is 'normal' but my nephew wore them till 5.
We'll be wearing them again at 85 anyway, lol.

No, personal circumstances. Had to be potty-trained again after some event.

My son was 3, wouldnhave been earlier but due to daughter being born and moving house it took us longer. Daughter was 2. Now 3 and 5. Still wear night pants due to accidents

Both of my kids potty trained at 2 other than bedtime. It took until around 3 for the bedtime potty training to be done.
