What little things do people do that make you irrationally angry?

Vape smoke. If I ever forget I used to have anger problems, just blow some cotton candy vape smell in my direction and it will all come rushing back.

I have to walk away because I'll think I'm saying "No big deal, but if you could try to avoid me with the smoke I'd appreciate it"

But then I look at their faces and I feel like it's coming across more like "I've barely convinced myself not to destroy you, I don't know if you be as lucky next time"

Which is what I was thinking to myself so... Hopefully that's not what I'm saying 😂

I still struggle with road rage. I manage it better than i used to because an ex-girlfriend challenged me to consider that most people who do something dangerous are probably just making a mistake. This helped me to take fewer offenses personally and practice a degree of forgiveness when it’s most important. Still, i have bad days and don’t always resort to the high road, and some offenses are obviously deliberate and selfish. I can’t help but seethe about such drivers when traffic is dense and i’m already on edge.

The most angry I get is when someone is woke. When they use those stupid baby talk words like "homophobic" or "non binary" or some other asinine nonsense words. That or when those morons don't believe we have rovers on Mars or we didn't go to the moon. That shit is so stupid it really pisses me off.

Irrationally? Nothing. If I were to get irrationally angry, I'd have a hit list. Now if you're asking what little things do people do that ANNOY me, I can answer that.

* Standing in the middle of supermarket aisles having conversations with friends and looking at you like "what the fuck" when you actually want to shop
* "blocking the box" at intersections when they can't get through
* taking phone calls in places where they shouldn't

One of my biggest pet peeves is watching people make their own problems and complain about it. I tend to point out what I see and everyone ends up angry... I am working on it lol 😉

I guess one thing could be when people mock the way that I talk to my face. Due to my mental illnesses, autism and social anxiety being two of them, the way I talk is kind of weird. It's a combination of talking too slow, sounding monotone, sounding robotic, sounding emotionless, too loud, lack of volume control, etc.

And some people in the middle of a conversation will literally just start to mock me right there and now. It's really irritating.

Don't know if it's irrational, but a guy who visits often across the street in the very peaceful, expensive and nice neighborhood I live in has a loud truck and lets it sit there at his family's house idling for an half hour or sometimes even more at a time every time he comes and goes in it. It makes me livid. Some of the other neighbors feel the same way. Luckly I am not as close to him as some of the others.

Being inconsiderate, particularly when driving. I can tolerate driving mistakes, but selfish driving makes me crazy -- failing to yield to pedestrians, running stop signs in my neighborhood, etc.
