How can I stop feeling like I NEED to talk to someone?

I have a lot of friend groups, so it’s really not a problem of me not having many friends or anything. I just have a problem where I feel like I want/need to be talking to someone 24/7 (not all the time, but it happens a lot), and there’s moments where none of my friends are available (some have different timezones, some being busy, etc etc). I mostly just want a way to deal with that.
How can I stop feeling like I NEED to talk to someone?
