For me its balance between both. Like I really enjoy the quiet. Just laying in the grass looking up at the sky. But its even more enjoyable holding hands with the person you love and just talking about the thoughts you both think.

I find happiness even in "my problems" through stillness. But at the same time those problems are the key to finding more happiness...

One of my favorite quotes is.

"To be truly happy; you have to know how not to be happy first. 🙂
