Why is she so friendly to me?

There is this girl I really like, and I'll admit, we barely know each other. However, she is always quick to smile and wave excitedly whenever she sees me, even though she never initiates conversation. She is the only girl I don't know well who is this friendly to me. Do you think she wants me to make a move?
