You are easily spotted in a crowd, and will definitely stand out in all the group pictures you take of the night or day. And you don't have to stick to just one. You can color block and really take advantage of all that the rainbow has to offer.

3. Add some sparkle and shine

Another great attention grabber is sparkle and shine. Look for metallic and sequins fabrics that catch the light when you move. These are great for birthday outfits and formal affairs because all eyes will definitely be on you.

4. It's all about the details

Sometimes an eye catching detail or fabric is what will make you stand out. Look for fabrics that move like fringe, or an eye catching bow on the shoulder, or a ruffle, or a textured or unique fabric.

5. Be BOLD!

This is for those fashion forward, crazy, don't give any F's what people think, women who really want to turn an eye with something that most people wouldn't, can't, or "shouldn't" wear or for those that love a bold pattern that's loud and proud.
