Boobs are part of the reproductive process, which is the entire motivation behind sex in the first place, so it makes sense they would be sexual, as they are. Touching them brings sexual pleasure to women, and to men, and it makes perfect sense.

The smell of a pussy is sexually attractive to men because the pussy is obviously VERY sexual, so there is an evolutionary justification for it. That needs no explanation, hopefully.

Anal sex is another oddity of human sexuality, but it certainly makes more sense than feet considering you can actually have sexual intercourse anally and it can be very sexually pleasurable to both participants.

But there is literally nothing sexually related to feet for either men or women. NOTHING. There is no logical justification for being sexually attracted to them. They do not play any sexual role to either men or women. It's just an odd abnormality that must be related to some genetic issue. That's all I can think of.
