Is a 34D too small for a bra size for an 18 year old?

I am 5 foot 3 and 130 pounds. Is a 34D bra size too small for my frame?

Every girl constantly asks this question... Normally a size smaller than a D and with that being said if we say your bra size doesn't matter or that C's are average... Then take our advice.

By this I mean the size of your chest isn't the most important thing I'm the world, and not only that but if a C is an average size then a D isn't small.
