I'm 5' 3" and about 108 pounds. My waist to hip ratio is 0.73, waist to chest is 0.75, and chest to hips is 0.97. I wear a 32B. Is my body proportionate with my small bust? I feel like I look like a child. I want to look more feminine. What should I do?

i weigh exactly the same, and exactly the same height as you. yet i wear a 34A. don't worry, your boobs look normal on you im sure. if anything, i look like a child. but im totally okay with it. im proportionate.

you just gotta learn to love it. i used to be very insecure, trust me.. to the point where i would only wear big baggy sweaters. i'm over that phase now, and i've learned that im very proportionate, and it'd look weird on me if i had big boobs haha.

I think you're fairly proportionate if you're bust and hips are similar in measurement.
Even if they're not that's ok. Some girls are apple shaped and some are pear shaped

The number is size around the rib cage. The letter is the cup size. An A is about the size of a lemon, B is about the size of an orange, C is about the size of a grapefruit, and D is about the size of a melon.

I would say that is average for your size. A cup would be small, C cup would be pretty big.
