It depends on if she has the confidence, style, and strut to pull them off. Some of them are definitely cute! Yet some girls are too basic and bland to really put them with an outfit that actually makes them look good so that’s when they just end up looking trashy and disastrous.

I assume that they can look good on tall women. On short women, they look very bad.
I would feel like Smurfette if I ever made the mistake of wearing them.

  After seeing the pictures other people posted, I think thigh high boots aren't trashy, actually. The women I've seen wearing them irl were just wearing them very badly, haha.

I am more into knee-high boots which I find very sexy but I know that majority of guys think thigh-high boots are sexy too. But who wears them makes a big difference.

  in my opinion, they look too costumey and the tight cuff going up that high and hugging the thigh that tight looks awkward because you can’t wear those with jeans and even certain leggings. The way they hug her leg just looks ridiculous to me and I own several pairs of thigh high boots lol
