the ideal is the golden ratio or golden proportion. for example: 36-24-36 (for a petite, short girl)

for a taller girl, maybe 39-26-39. only about 1% of women actually fit the 3-2-3 ratio though.

I won't bother to measure, because it is quite unimportant. Last time I checked my head had a bigger measurement than my waist. Maybe I'm an alien. :)

In my humble opinion, I think that EVERY girl's figure is perfect! Women are harder on themselves than men are when it comes to body image. I think too much emphasis is placed on having a "perfect" figure. You are perfect for you, be happy!
