I've heard that girls do and don't. It's a curious question that lots of men are interested in. Mostly because there is no panty line and sometimes there is a line

I wear underpants under everything but swimsuits. I hate leggings and yoga pants (don't even own any) but if I were to wear them, I'd definitely wear underpants.

Of course I prefer to wear underwear. Although, if I had to pick a type of pants to not wear underwear with, leggings would be it :)
