I don't sag but I pull my boxers up a little bit above the top of whatever I'm wearing. I don't like my boxers level or lower than whatever I'm wearing below.
Say I bend over or whatever and my shirt rises, I rather my boxer top be showing rather than some skin.

It's just my bosy shape that make my dressing looks like the last pic.

I don't like putting on clothes that choke my stomach so i wear it on my waist Just on obliques and underpants just a bit above it.
