Yes; when I was younger, I put a full face of make up on my cousin. He looked like a clown when I had finished, but I was only 12.

I used my mothers expensive makeup and she went nuts, so did he; I could not find my mothers eyeliner, so I used a thin permanent marker instead (took a lot of scrubbing to get it off) :)
