Why are girls with wet hair so damn alluring?

Ok, is it just me or does anyone else find that girls or pictures of girls with wet hair is absolutely intoxicating and sexy? Like when girls come out of the shower and their hair is damp or out of the pool or the rain. For some reason it turns me on like nothing else. Examples:
