I don't think people care all that much about necks since you're weird af if most of your time with someone else is spent looking at their neck. Regardless, I have always gotten many compliments on my long neck/collarbone area. I suppose it could help some look more graceful then if your head looks like it'd just been plopped right onto your torso, not even bothering to create much of a neck for it? :P
