I have double ear piercings a while back. I forgot to put them in a while but my advice is don't have big studs make sure at least the first one is big than do medium sized so forth. Also look into the place where you want to get yours done.

I have triple lobe piercings. i wear tiny studs in the other 2 holes and a bigger one in the first hole. I don't think it's trashy at all if the studs are small
