Salmon would look slightly better, try a dark salmon color like this one

Another option is to go for a salmon ombré preferably keeping your natural hair color on top, as darker hair is meant for you. I don't think you'd pull off light hair as you would pull off dark hair.

Never heard of that. But I don't think either will suit you, I think your skin colour is too dark. Blonde will make you look very washed out and I think light pink (if that's what salmon is) might look... odd. Before commiting, try a wig

  How long is your hair? Is it bob length or swept over your shoulders?
  
  I always think blonde chunky highlights look beautiful on women with your tone, or an ombré on long hair.
  
  If you are looking for a splash of colour I think a deep red or purple would be gorgeous. But your base colour really suits you so I would use the colour to jazz it up rather than an entire dye

  Me too :D that's how I have my hair, it's purple at the ends at the moment. You could think of doing number one but with red streaks? :) you'd look stunning

Neither color would suit you. If you want a change and something lighter I would go with a medium-light brown with blonde highlights.
