Well, with the before pic the only thing that made her look weird was small really small lips.. Other than that she wasn't ugly.. But, she does look better.. She's really young so the surgery looks good.. But, let's see what happens when she ages.. She had a really good surgeon.. LOL..

Lips don't do that on their own lol. She's gotten a lot done that's hard to spot like brow lift, cheek fillers, jaw shaving etc

Maybe the lips, but for the rest I have to ask you if you're really a girl. I mean I've seen more impressive transformations from half an hour of applying make up (working with shades can create optical illusions that make the face shape seem different and such).

Makeup is great and all for photos mostly. In person the illusions don't hold strong at all angles and lighting. Why do you have to ask if I'm really a girl lol
